Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in Preventive and Community Dentistry to undergraduate and postgraduate dental students.
- Conduct high-quality research, publish scholarly articles in peer-reviewed journals, and secure research grants.
- Supervise undergraduate research projects, clinical rotations, and postgraduate theses.
- Participate in curriculum development, departmental administration, and university committee assignments.
- Engage in community outreach programs and oral health promotion initiatives sponsored by the university.
- Possession of a PhD in Preventive and Community Dentistry or a closely related relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrated requisite teaching and research experience in a tertiary institution or relevant healthcare setting.
- A robust portfolio of scholarly publications in reputable national and international journals as required by university regulations.
- Current professional registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) with a valid practicing license.
