- Conduct high-impact research in the field of Otorhinolaryngology and publish scholarly articles in peer-reviewed journals.
- Participate in curriculum development, departmental meetings, and university committee assignments.
- Provide clinical services and specialized patient care within the university teaching hospital framework.
- Possession of a PhD or fellowship equivalent in Otorhinolaryngology or a highly relevant medical discipline.
