We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Lecturer I in Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship to join our esteemed academic community in setting a new standard of educational distinction across the continent.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality undergraduate and graduate lectures in Innovation, Social Entrepreneurship, and related disciplines using modern digital teaching tools.
- Conduct cutting-edge academic research, publish scholarly articles in high-impact peer-reviewed journals, and contribute to the university research profile.
- Design and update curriculum content that aligns with global best practices and addresses real-world African socio-economic challenges.
- Mentor, advise, and guide students on academic performance, entrepreneurial ventures, and career development.
- Participate in departmental meetings, university committees, and community engagement initiatives that foster positive societal impact.
- Ph.D. in Innovation, Social Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of three (3) years of active university teaching and research experience, meeting National Universities Commission (NUC) requirements for Lecturer I.
- Demonstrated portfolio of scholarly publications in reputable academic journals.
- Active membership in relevant professional bodies will be a strong added advantage.
