Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in Business Administration and related management disciplines.
- Design, update, and implement innovative curriculum content that aligns with global best practices and digital teaching tools.
- Conduct impactful, peer-reviewed research and publish scholarly articles in reputable academic journals.
- Mentor, advise, and supervise students in their academic pursuits, research projects, and professional development.
- Participate actively in departmental, faculty, and university-wide committees, contributing to institutional growth and accreditation processes.
- Engage in community service and forge strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders to enhance the practical application of business concepts.
- Must meet the minimum requirements for Lecturer I as prescribed by the National Universities Commission (NUC).
- Hold a Ph.D. in Business Administration or a closely related relevant discipline from a recognized and accredited university.
- Possess a minimum of three (3) years of active university teaching and research experience.
- Demonstrate a strong portfolio of evidence of scholarly publications in reputable journals.
- Active membership in relevant professional bodies will be a distinct advantage.
- High proficiency in digital teaching tools and modern learning management systems.
