About the Role

Fountain University, owned by the Nasrul-Lahi-Il-Fatih Society of Nigeria (NASFAT), invites applications from suitably qualified academics for the position of Lecturer I in Business Administration. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging lectures and facilitate practical learning experiences in undergraduate and postgraduate Business Administration courses.
  • Supervise undergraduate and graduate research projects, theses, and dissertations.
  • Conduct high-impact research and publish scholarly articles in reputable peer-reviewed academic journals.
  • Participate in curriculum development, departmental meetings, and academic committee assignments.
  • Provide academic advising, mentorship, and career guidance to students.
  • Contribute to community engagement initiatives and institutional advancement programs.
Qualifications
  • Must possess a PhD in Business Administration or a closely related field from a recognized university.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of post-qualification teaching and research experience in a tertiary institution.
  • Must have served as a Lecturer II for at least two (2) years.
  • Evidence of a minimum of seven (7) scholarly publications in reputable journals.
  • Demonstrated alignment with the Islamic moral and ethical values of the university.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
