As a Lecturer I in Accounting, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering engaging undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in various accounting disciplines.
• Supervising student research projects, dissertations, and academic theses.
• Conducting high-quality, peer-reviewed research and publishing in reputable academic journals.
• Participating in departmental, faculty, and university-wide administrative duties.
• Mentoring students and providing academic guidance to foster professional growth.
• Contributing to curriculum development and quality assurance initiatives within the department.

Applicants must meet the following academic and professional criteria:

• Possession of a PhD or a Master's degree in Accounting or a closely related field.
• A minimum of three (3) years of tertiary teaching and research experience.
• At least three (3) peer-reviewed publications in reputable academic journals.
• A first degree with a minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division; or a Second-Class Lower Division accompanied by a PhD.
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
