Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing engineering teams across diverse product lifecycles and technical initiatives.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects from initial architecture and planning to deployment and maintenance.
- Define and execute robust engineering strategies aligned with company growth and regulatory compliance standards.
- Establish rigorous engineering best practices, coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and robust testing methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and executive stakeholders to translate business goals into scalable technical architectures.
- Challenge unrealistic timelines and suboptimal technical decisions constructively, providing viable, high-quality alternatives.
- Monitor system performance, proactively mitigate technical debt, and ensure top-tier security and reliability.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of software engineering experience, including significant tenure in a technical leadership or management role.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing, building, and scaling production-grade distributed systems and applications.
- Strong background in modern software architecture, APIs, cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and database management.
- Experience working within regulated environments such as fintech, financial services, or banking is highly advantageous.
