We are currently seeking a proactive and professional Law Enforcement Liaison Officer to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this vital role, you will serve as our primary representative, fostering strong, collaborative relationships with key government bodies, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement agencies to support our expanding financial services ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain strategic engagements with key law enforcement agencies, including the EFCC, NPF, and other relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate compliance with lawful requests and documentation requirements set by regulatory and law enforcement authorities.
  • Act as the primary communication link between Pagatech and external stakeholders, facilitating smooth operational processes.
  • Process documentation, permits, and approvals efficiently while monitoring ongoing compliance with evolving regulatory policies.
  • Track submissions and follow up on pending requests to eliminate operational bottlenecks and delays.
  • Provide comprehensive updates and reports detailing law enforcement interactions, case statuses, and key regulatory activities.
  • Collaborate with internal legal and compliance teams to resolve issues related to external processes and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of proven experience in a liaison, regulatory, compliance, law enforcement, or administrative role.
  • Prior experience working within the Nigerian financial services sector or other highly regulated industries.
  • Demonstrated experience successfully managing government relations, permits, or regulatory submissions.
  • Mandatory completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superior stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
