About the Role
Washryte Laundry is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry Personnel to join our growing team in Lekki. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional laundry services and ensuring complete customer satisfaction through meticulous garment care and efficient daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Sort customer garments accurately by color, fabric texture, and clothing type before completing drop-off documentation.
- Coordinate with the front office for billing, payment confirmation, and wash assignments.
- Operate commercial washing and drying equipment to clean laundry to the highest standards.
- Apply specialized techniques and appropriate procedures for effective stain removal.
- Monitor and track all assigned laundry items meticulously to prevent any mix-ups or loss of customer property.
- Perform routine checks on laundry equipment and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.
- Provide polite and professional assistance to customers by addressing their inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently.
- Proven experience working in a commercial laundry or similar cleaning environment is an added advantage.
- Basic literacy skills with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Must reside within Lekki or its immediate environs, as accommodation is not provided.
- Strong attention to detail, high integrity, and a customer-first mindset.
