About the Role
Trucrete Solutions Limited is a leading construction management firm specializing in delivering high-qulaity infrastructure projects across Nigeria. We are currently seeking an experienced Land Surveyor with exceptional technical expertise and a proven track record in construction surveying to join our dynamic project team in Osun State. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping Nigeria's infrastructure by providing precise measurements, accurate site layouts, and essential surveying support for our diverse engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct accurate land, boundary, and topographic surveys for various construction projects.
- Interpret engineering and construction drawings to provide precise site measurements.
- Establish control points, benchmarks, grades, and elevations for seamless project execution.
- Utilize modern surveying equipment such as Total Stations, GPS/GNSS systems, and AutoCAD Civil 3D for data collection and analysis.
- Prepare comprehensive survey reports, maps, sketches, and documentation in accordance with project requirements.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure construction activities align with approved designs and specifications.
- Carry out as-built surveys and verify completed works for accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor site progress and maintain proper calibration and safe handling of all surveying equipment.
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on, on-site surveying experience within the construction industry.
- Bachelor Degree or HND in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in utilizing Total Stations, GPS/GNSS equipment, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and relevant surveying software.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, engineering drawings, and site layout procedures.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with great attention to detail.
- Professional registration or certification with relevant bodies is an added advantage.
