About the Role
International Breweries Plc is a renowned leader in the Nigerian beverage manufacturing sector, committed to brewing great beers that bring people together. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Analytical Lab Technician to join our state-of-the-art laboratory team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our high-quality standards by performing rigorous testing and analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and calibrate all laboratory inspection equipment to achieve accurate and reliable results.
- Prepare samples and conduct comprehensive analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and packaged products according to set standards.
- Interpret and interrogate data to assess equipment and operator performance.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, and environment procedures, as well as company PPE policies.
- Support problem-solving initiatives and contribute actively to self and team development.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards within the laboratory environment.
- Minimum of a B.Sc or HND in Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related scientific discipline.
- Previous working experience in an FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) manufacturing company is a strong added advantage.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in standard office applications and laboratory data systems.
