About the Role

We are currently looking for a hardworking, well-mannered, and meticulous Kitchen Assistant to support our dynamic industrial kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the chef and kitchen staff with food preparation, including washing, peeling, chopping, and slicing ingredients.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, including washing utensils, cookware, and equipment.
- Ensure proper storage of food items in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage waste disposal and keep work surfaces, floors, and storage areas spotless.
- Support inventory checks and help receive and stock food deliveries.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety, health, and hygiene policies at all times.
- Relevant educational qualifications and proven experience working in a commercial or industrial kitchen environment.
- Exceptional personal hygiene, neatness, and attention to detail.
- Good physical stamina with the ability to stand for long hours and lift heavy items in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a respectful, well-mannered attitude toward team members and supervisors.
- Ability to work effectively in shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
