About the Role
TeamAce Limited is seeking a dynamic and driven Junior Product Manager to support the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of our innovative digital financial products. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to help businesses and individuals thrive through cutting-edge technology and data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Support product initiatives from discovery through launch, translating business needs into clear user stories, requirements, acceptance criteria, and implementation-ready documentation.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations teams to manage product tickets, sprint priorities, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
- Conduct product research, competitor analysis, user feedback reviews, and data analysis to identify product improvements and growth opportunities.
- Support product testing, quality assurance, feature validation, production monitoring, and third-party or API integrations.
- Maintain comprehensive product documentation across payments, cross-border transfers, KYC and KYB, fiat and stablecoin wallets, and card programs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or a related role.
- Strong exposure or keen interest in Fintech, Payments, Banking, Cryptocurrency, Stablecoins, or broader Financial Services.
- Good understanding of Agile product development methodologies, KYC compliance, payment gateways, digital wallets, and API integrations.
- Familiarity with standard collaboration and product tools such as Jira, Notion, Figma, Slack, and data analytics platforms.
