Key Responsibilities- Source reliable suppliers and obtain competitive quotations for various construction materials and services.
- Compare pricing, terms, and quality to assist in selecting the most suitable vendors.
- Prepare, process, and track purchase orders while maintaining accurate procurement records.
- Follow up with suppliers proactively to ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
- Verify incoming deliveries against approved purchase orders in collaboration with site and warehouse personnel.
- Assist the procurement team in negotiating prices and identifying strategic cost-saving opportunities.
- Perform other relevant administrative and supply chain tasks as assigned by management.
- Bachelor Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 0 to 3 years of relevant professional work experience; fresh graduates and NYSC corp members are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills paired with effective negotiation abilities.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational, numerical, and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated honesty, integrity, and a strong willingness to learn and grow within the construction industry.
