Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate daily financial transactions and general ledger entries.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any financial discrepancies promptly.
- Utilize Odoo and other accounting software to streamline financial operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and departments to ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Solid understanding of core accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proven proficiency in accounting software, specifically Odoo.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy in financial data processing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
