About the Role
Epheezy Model Management, a premier Nigerian modeling and talent development agency based on the Lagos Mainland, is expanding its operations. We are currently seeking a passionate, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented IT & Technical Support Officer to join our dynamic support team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless technological operations across our agency, empowering our staff and creative talents with reliable hardware, software, and network support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first- and second-line technical support to staff members regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
- Set up, configure, and maintain computer systems, office equipment, and digital communication tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system failures, printer malfunctions, and internet connectivity problems promptly.
- Manage user accounts, email setups, and digital security protocols to protect agency data.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT hardware, software licenses, and technical assets.
- Assist with the maintenance of the agency website, digital portfolios, and online booking platforms when required.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on all technological infrastructure to minimize downtime.
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven hands-on experience in IT support, hardware troubleshooting, and network administration.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, plus standard productivity software.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset with strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize issues effectively, and work well under pressure in a dynamic Lagos office.
