Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver comprehensive, engaging ICT lessons tailored to nursery and primary school students.
  • Introduce foundational computer science concepts, typing skills, and age-appropriate educational software.
  • Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot the school computer laboratory and related hardware or software.
  • Assist teachers and students in integrating technology into daily classroom learning activities.
  • Assess and track student progress in practical and theoretical computing subjects.
  • Ensure a safe, orderly, and disciplined computer lab environment during all class sessions.
Qualifications
  • Possess an HND or B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in teaching, ICT instruction, or school-based technical support.
  • Strong computer troubleshooting, network maintenance, and general ICT skills.
  • Exceptional communication, patience, and interpersonal skills tailored for working with young children.
  • A genuine passion for education and child development within a structured school setting.
