About the Role
Growth in Value Alliance (GVA) Partners is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Security Planning & Architecture Resources Officer (Level 3) to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will lead critical cybersecurity initiatives, design robust security controls, and protect our enterprise infrastructure from evolving threats while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead cybersecurity investigations and assist senior management in defining effective data protection strategies.
- Design, document, and deploy secure infrastructure solutions to ensure the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of enterprise data.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate security best practices throughout the secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC).
- Implement infrastructure, configurations, and processes to monitor security-related events and prevent data loss.
- Ensure conformance to the Cybersecurity Blueprint and Roadmap while closing identified security gaps.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive security awareness training programs and materials for stakeholders.
- Minimum of 6 to 8 years of professional work experience, including 4 years in integrating applications and technology into complex environments.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in security compliance and threat modeling.
- Proven expertise in Identity Management, vulnerability assessment, systems auditing, and database security.
- Demonstrated experience in Security Architecture Governance and industry standards.
