About the Role
Sany Nigeria is looking for a proactive and experienced IT Operations Officer to ensure the seamless daily operation of our technology infrastructure, endpoint hardware, and office systems. In this vital role, you will bridge general technical support with operational oversight, guaranteeing 100% internet uptime, maintaining office security systems, and optimizing meeting room technology. You will also partner closely with Human Resources to deliver a smooth and efficient IT onboarding experience for all incoming staff.
Key Responsibilities- Actively monitor office network infrastructure to guarantee high availability and internet uptime while serving as the primary liaison with third-party ISPs and telecom vendors.
- Oversee the daily operational status of company CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR recording units, and conduct routine audits to ensure video recording integrity.
- Maintain and manage conference room technology, including projectors, display panels, video conferencing equipment, and audio systems for executive meetings.
- Manage network printers, multi-function scanners, and office peripherals, while maintaining vendor relationships for equipment servicing and toner supplies.
- Collaborate with HR to configure, deploy, and assign laptops, workstation hardware, user accounts, and software access for new employees.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in IT Operations, Help Desk Support, or Technical Systems Administration.
- Strong proficiency in Operating Systems configuration (Windows and macOS) and basic networking (LAN/WAN, IP configuration, Wi-Fi management).
- Demonstrated experience with CCTV/NVR setup, audiovisual conference room systems, and User Directory Management (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Active Directory).
