Key Responsibilities- Assemble, repair, and maintain desktop computers and laptop hardware components efficiently.
- Install, manage, and maintain physical network cables and comprehensive office infrastructure.
- Configure network systems and actively troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure seamless operations.
- Install, set up, and perform routine maintenance on printers and related office peripherals.
- Manage operating system installations, updates, and custom configurations across company workstations.
- Document technical procedures and maintain an accurate inventory of IT hardware and accessories.
- A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- At least one year of hands-on experience in IT support; exceptional fresh graduates with robust technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Strong working understanding of computer hardware components and advanced troubleshooting techniques.
- Basic networking knowledge, including structured cable management, router setup, and LAN configuration.
- Proven experience with printer installation, driver setup, and hardware maintenance.
- Proficiency in operating system installation and configuration for Windows and other standard platforms.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
