About the Role
Fadac Resources is recruiting an IT Officer to join our expanding team supporting a leading fintech organization building digital infrastructure for cooperative finance in Nigeria. As an IT Officer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust software solutions while providing essential IT support to ensure seamless operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain web, mobile, and backend applications
- Translate business and user requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Develop reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA personnel, and development teams
- Analyze customer and business requirements to design comprehensive software products
- Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, network, and infrastructure issues
- Investigate system failures and implement permanent solutions
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams
- Offer regular internet connectivity support to company residents
- Minimum HND or B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3-5 years of proven industrial experience in IT support and software development
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal abilities with adaptability to diverse user profiles
- Technical proficiency in software development and IT infrastructure support
