About the Role
Ultimum Limited is a fast-growing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage manufacturing company and the Nigerian-based subsidiary of Union Camerounaise de Brasseries, a leading total beverages manufacturer with over 50 years of success in Cameroon. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Manager to lead our internal IT support team, optimize our technical infrastructure, and ensure seamless daily operations across our organization. In this role, you will define service standards, mentor technical staff, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional end-user support.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the daily operations and performance of the internal IT support team.
- Develop and implement robust IT support policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of technical issues while maintaining high service standards.
- Provide advanced administration for Office 365, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Azure AD, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
- Manage vendor relationships, software licensing, and negotiate service contracts effectively.
- Support employee onboarding and off-boarding processes concerning corporate systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify technology needs and implement scalable solutions.
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT support, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Advanced knowledge of IT systems, networks, hardware, software, and remote support tools.
- Strong expertise in Windows 10 and Mac OS support.
- Professional certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A+, or MCSE are highly preferred.
