About the Role
ARM Hold Co. is seeking a dedicated and analytical IT Auditor to join our Internal Audit team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Group's internal audit strategy by evaluating IT general controls, application controls, and digital initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to foster a strong control environment, drive compliance with regulatory standards, and deliver reliable assurance on corporate governance and risk management.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate the adequacy of process design and the effectiveness of IT general and application controls.
- Perform comprehensive assessments of digital initiatives and conduct biannual review updates.
- Execute assigned IT audits in compliance with IIA professional standards and internal methodologies.
- Utilize data analytics tools such as SQL, Oracle DB, and Power BI for continuous auditing and reporting.
- Draft clear, comprehensive audit reports detailing root causes and actionable, SMART recommendations.
- Perform timely monthly follow-ups on audit and investigation exceptions to ensure effective gap resolution.
- Liaise with senior management, the Board Audit and Risk Committee (BARC), and the Executive Management Committee (EMC).
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional work experience in systems and IT auditing.
- Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Possession or active pursuit of a recognized professional designation such as CISA, CIA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of risk and control frameworks, IT general controls, and IIA performance standards.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL, Oracle databases, and Power BI.
