Our mission is to transform the publishing landscape across Nigeria and the broader African continent through dynamic academic, educational, and specialized publications. We are currently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and action-driven Inventory Supervisor to oversee depot operations, monitor stock records, and drive efficient inventory management across all our locations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise all depot activities related to stock management, ensuring seamless process flow, optimal space utilization, and proper orderliness.
- Monitor and reconcile physical and ERP stock records, conducting mandatory monthly physical stock counts and variance analysis.
- Coordinate all stock and material transfers between depots, ensuring efficient replenishment and monitoring transit movements.
- Consolidate all depot-related reports and collaborate closely with the accounts department for financial alignment.
- Maintain up-to-date depot registers and files while supervising comprehensive year-end stock counts.
- Execute company spot checks and enforce strict adherence to internal control procedures.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; professional certification such as ICAN is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in inventory monitoring, audit, control, or distribution oversight.
- Familiarity with third-party or outsourced depot operations and inventory management systems (ERP).
- Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data reconciliation, and analytical problem-solving.
