About the Role
Blossom Dental Clinic and Braces Centre is a highly rated, modern dental practice operating two main locations in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. Known for our welcoming environment and excellent patient care, we provide a comprehensive range of family, cosmetic, and orthodontic treatments. We are currently looking for a diligent and experienced Inventory / Store Officer to oversee our medical and administrative supplies, ensuring seamless clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of all dental supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals.
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Conduct routine physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies with financial records.
- Manage stock rotation using the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method to minimize wastage of perishable dental materials.
- Coordinate with vendors and procurement teams to reorder stock timely and prevent shortages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure storage facility in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Prepare regular inventory reports for management review.
- Minimum of a Ordinary National Diploma (OND), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an Inventory Officer, Storekeeper, or similar role, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.
- Strong proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel).
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and numerical skills.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Residency in Port Harcourt or willingness to commute to our clinic locations.
