About the Role
Aggregon Foods Nigeria Limited, a leading quick-service restaurant offering delicious local and continental dishes, is looking for a dedicated Inventory Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the smooth operation of our kitchen and supply chain by ensuring optimal stock levels, minimizing waste, and upholding the highest standards of inventory accuracy across our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and record all stock received and issued daily
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and comprehensive reconciliations
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and periodic inventory reports
- Monitor stock levels closely, keeping track of expiry dates, damages, and wastage
- Ensure proper storage conditions and the strict application of the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method
- Identify, investigate, and report any stock discrepancies and losses promptly
- Maintain meticulous and organized inventory documentation
- OND, HND, or B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Prior experience in inventory or stock management within the food or retail sector is an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software
- Strong numerical aptitude, organizational skills, and meticulous record-keeping abilities
