About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Inventory Officer to join a reputable real estate company in Lagos. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing material receipts, managing stock levels, ensuring accurate documentation, and reconciling inventory records. If you possess a sharp eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a background in real estate operations, we would love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory receipt, verification, and documentation of all incoming materials.
  • Verify deliveries against purchase orders and ensure quality and quantity compliance.
  • Process Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and update inventory systems accurately.
  • Handle stock issuance based on approved requisitions and track all inventory movements.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment with relevant teams.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP systems such as PARIC or Sun System.
  • Conduct periodic stock counts, including cycle counts, quarterly, and annual stocktaking.
  • Prepare comprehensive inventory reports covering daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly periods.
  • Perform inventory valuation and reconcile records with finance teams.
  • Manage returns, repairs, and faulty equipment reporting.
Qualifications
  • B.Sc./HND in Social Sciences, Management Sciences, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in Supply Chain or Inventory Management is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in inventory management or a related role.
  • Mandatory previous experience working in a real estate company.
  • Must be a resident on the Island, Lagos.
  • Basic understanding of inventory control processes and warehouse operations.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems or accounting software such as PARIC and Sun System.
  • Strong documentation, record-keeping, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools with a smart and presentable demeanor.
