About the Role
ipNX Nigeria Limited is a premier provider of infrastructure-based telecommunications and information technology services in Nigeria, dedicated to delivering robust connectivity solutions to corporate, SME, and residential markets. We are currently seeking a dynamic and analytical Inventory Officer to join our regional operations team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless inventory control, accurate stock documentation, and efficient requisition fulfillment to support our overarching business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Implement company policies and guidelines regarding inventory management processes while supporting regional operational needs.
- Ensure completeness in all regional deliveries with real-time documentation and tracking.
- Coordinate daily requisitions from user departments following established guidelines for order fulfillment through PARIC.
- Liaise with management for stock replenishment based on the regional material requirement plan.
- Document all daily transactions and post updates accurately on the SUN Application.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly inventory management reports.
- Conduct cyclic stock checks and quarterly stock counts to guarantee proper inventory accountability.
- Coordinate the end-of-year stock count process for the region.
- Prepare and submit quarterly lists of faulty equipment to headquarters for repair directives.
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Social Sciences, Management Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven professional experience in inventory management.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and inventory management skills.
- Professional qualification in supply chain or stock management will be an added advantage.
