In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing inventory levels, conducting regular audits, and ensuring cost-effective stock control across our dynamic business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and reconcile daily inventory transactions, stock movements, and warehouse levels across hospitality and food service units.
  • Conduct periodic physical stock counts and investigate any discrepancies or variances to minimize stock shrinkage.
  • Ensure compliance with internal accounting controls, company policies, and financial reporting standards.
  • Prepare comprehensive inventory reports, cost analyses, and variance assessments for management decision-making.
  • Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to optimize inventory turnover and reduce holding costs.
  • Maintain accurate records of goods received, issued, and returned, ensuring seamless integration with the general ledger.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 years of cognizant experience in inventory accounting within the food service industry or hospitality sector.
  • Must be a certified holder of professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIPM, or CISCM.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in stock management with an impeccable character and high level of professional integrity.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational abilities, and strong communication skills.
