We are currently looking for a dynamic and driven Go-to-Market Strategy Intern to join our commercial team and help drive market-entry, customer-acquisition, and growth strategies for our innovative investment platforms and portfolio companies.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive market, industry, customer, and competitor research to identify emerging commercial opportunities.
- Define target-market segments, customer profiles, and priority audiences for new products and investment platforms.
- Develop compelling customer personas, value propositions, and market-positioning statements.
- Support the design and execution of go-to-market strategies for new services, programs, and digital platforms.
- Identify suitable customer-acquisition channels, strategic partners, and distribution opportunities within the Nigerian market.
- Assist in developing launch plans, campaign messaging, sales materials, and high-impact commercial presentations.
- Analyze customer needs, market feedback, and campaign performance to optimize commercial outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with commercial, marketing, product, technology, and investment teams to coordinate seamless execution.
- Prepare detailed market-intelligence reports, go-to-market playbooks, and strategic management recommendations.
- Recent graduates or early-career professionals holding a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Deeply commercially curious, highly analytical, and capable of translating complex research into practical, actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proven strength in presentation development and structured problem-solving.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and modern digital research tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating effectively within a diverse, multidisciplinary team.
- Strong passion for African markets, enterprise development, financial services, technology, and impact investment.
