Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, financial processes, and operational procedures.
- Identify potential areas of risk and recommend practical solutions to mitigate risks and improve overall business efficiency.
- Prepare clear, detailed audit reports outlining findings, actionable recommendations, and implementation timelines for executive review.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to successfully implement audit recommendations and monitor ongoing progress.
- Stay abreast of evolving industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in internal auditing.
- Provide expert guidance and support to management and staff on internal control issues and robust risk mitigation strategies.
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; professional certifications such as CPA or CIA are strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven professional experience in internal auditing roles.
- Strong, demonstrable knowledge of modern internal auditing standards, frameworks, and compliance practices.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with unwavering attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in specialized audit software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
