Key Responsibilities- Monitor and audit the school's accounts office on a regular basis to ensure financial transactions run efficiently and accurately.
- Prepare comprehensive internal audit reports and present findings directly to the school owner and management.
- Liaise seamlessly with external auditors during routine financial reviews and statutory audits.
- Identify potential financial risks, compliance gaps, or operational inefficiencies and recommend corrective action plans.
- Ensure adherence to internal financial policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional accounting certification such as ACA, ACCA, or relevant equivalents is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in internal auditing, preferably within the education sector or corporate environments.
- Exceptional analytical skills with high proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
