Key Responsibilities- Operate industrial sewing machines safely and efficiently to produce quality garments.
- Execute sewing activities precisely according to provided specifications and work instructions.
- Ensure consistent, high-standard stitching and finishing across all produced items.
- Maintain required production speeds to consistently meet or exceed daily targets.
- Handle raw materials with utmost care to minimize waste and prevent fabric damage.
- Keep assigned work areas, tools, and industrial machines clean, organized, and properly maintained.
- Adhere strictly to all workplace safety regulations and quality assurance procedures.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven professional experience as an industrial tailor or garment worker.
- Comprehensive knowledge of modern sewing techniques, garment construction, and textiles.
- Demonstrated ability to accurately interpret measurements, patterns, and technical specifications.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to flawless finishing.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and successfully perform repetitive production tasks.
