We are currently recruiting detail-oriented and physically fit Industrial Cleaners to deliver exceptional sanitation standards for our esteemed corporate clients. Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of industrial facilities, machinery, production floors, and common areas.
- Operate, maintain, and store industrial cleaning tools and heavy-duty equipment safely and correctly.
- Handle and dilute industrial cleaning chemicals in strict adherence to manufacturer instructions and safety protocols.
- Dispose of hazardous and general waste appropriately while maintaining designated disposal areas.
- Identify, document, and report facility maintenance, repair, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Adhere strictly to established daily cleaning schedules, standard operating procedures, and company health policies.
- Minimum of SSCE/WASSCE qualification with proven, verifiable experience in industrial or commercial cleaning.
- Strong working knowledge of industrial cleaning methods, sanitation chemicals, and floor care equipment.
- Exceptional physical stamina and fitness required to perform demanding cleaning tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high reliability and punctuality.
