We are currently looking for a talented and driven Indirect Procurement Executive to join our team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives across various indirect categories, including IT, marketing, MRO supplies, and professional services, ensuring optimal value and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end RFQ, RFP, and RFI processes for various indirect procurement categories.
Research, source, and develop reliable suppliers while building mutually beneficial relationships to ensure high service quality.
Develop strategic sourcing plans and analyze current organizational spend to identify cost reduction and process improvement opportunities.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand procurement needs and provide expert guidance on sourcing strategies.
Manage complex projects from conception through implementation, ensuring seamless change management and compliance.
Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and maintain accurate procurement records and documentation in SAP.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Professional procurement certifications such as CIPS will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of proven strategic sourcing experience in a range of indirect spend categories within a fast-paced environment.
Significant expertise in contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, and industry cost structures.
Proficiency in using SAP or other major procurement software systems alongside the Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and influencing skills tailored for a matrix work environment.
