Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Income Auditor, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient daily operations of the finance department in alignment with Hyatt International corporate strategies and brand standards.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient running of accounting functions within the Income Auditing operations.
- Review and audit daily revenue reports, guest ledger summaries, and operational revenues accurately.
- Reconcile daily bank deposits, credit card transactions, and cash receipts against property management system reports.
- Identify and investigate any discrepancies, variances, or operational anomalies promptly.
- Collaborate with various hotel departments to resolve revenue-related issues and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Assist management in meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations through meticulous financial oversight.
We are looking for candidates who possess the right blend of technical accounting knowledge, interpersonal skills, and professional experience.
- Hold a relevant Degree or Diploma in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or Hospitality/Tourism Management.
- Bring a minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as an Income Auditor within a large-scale hotel or hospitality operation.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional administrative skills, and excellent attention to detail.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective cross-departmental collaboration.
