Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective ICT lessons aligned with the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate records of academic performance.
- Create a stimulating, safe, and well-managed classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Utilize modern educational technology and digital resources to enhance the teaching and learning experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues, school administration, and parents to support holistic student development and academic achievement.
- Participate in school-wide extracurricular activities, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Education, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is an added advantage).
- Proven teaching experience delivering the Cambridge IGCSE ICT curriculum in a reputable secondary school.
- Strong understanding of modern pedagogical approaches, classroom management techniques, and digital learning tools.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Valid TRCN registration or relevant professional teaching certification is highly desirable.
