Key Responsibilities- Design, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance proactively, resolving outages, latency issues, and connectivity bottlenecks promptly.
- Manage primary and secondary Internet connections, ensuring high availability and compliance with ISP Service Level Agreements.
- Implement and maintain robust network security controls, VLAN segmentation, and VPN policies in collaboration with cybersecurity teams.
- Deploy and optimize corporate wireless networks and manage structured cabling projects for new offices and facilities.
- Maintain comprehensive up-to-date network documentation, configuration backups, and equipment inventories.
- Provide advanced technical support and escalation paths for IT support teams and operational technology systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on network engineering experience within a corporate or multi-site environment.
- Strong technical proficiency in TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, and firewall management.
- Proven experience working with Internet Service Providers and managing bandwidth utilization.
- Relevant professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet, or equivalent are strongly preferred.
