About the Role

Amo Farm Sieberer Hatchery Limited, a market leader in the Day Old Chicks market providing exceptional quality products for profitable poultry farming, is seeking a strategic Human Resources Business Partner. In this role, you will work closely with management and employees to align people strategies with business objectives, providing comprehensive HR support across a dynamic agricultural manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs, drive talent management, and provide practical HR solutions.
  • Support manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, workforce deployment, and career progression initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement, welfare, and retention programs while managing employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Advise managers on HR policies, procedures, and effective people-management practices aligned with Nigerian labour laws.
  • Support performance management processes, identify training needs, and coordinate interventions with Learning and Development.
  • Analyse HR data to provide management with actionable insights on headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and workforce trends.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Mandatory professional certification from CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent body.
  • 5 to 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or HR Manager capacity.
  • Prior experience supporting operational, manufacturing, agricultural, or FMCG environments with large workforces.
  • Exceptional knowledge of HR metrics, labour regulations, employee relations, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
