We are currently looking for a seasoned Human Resources Manager to spearhead our HR department and champion our people-first culture. In this pivotal role, you will design and implement comprehensive HR frameworks that attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic HR policies and procedures compliant with Nigerian labor laws and company objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing, and onboarding processes to secure top-tier professionals.
- Manage employee relations, proactive conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
- Coordinate impactful training and development programs to continuously enhance staff capabilities.
- Administer comprehensive employee benefits and maintain accurate, confidential HR records and metrics.
- Advise leadership on organizational development, workforce planning, and competitive retention strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- 10 to 12 years of progressive human capital management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Active professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or SPHR.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR metrics, systems, databases, and workplace health and safety regulations.
