About the Role
Ankor Pointe Integrated Limited is a premier surface and sub-surface engineering and well services company, committed to operational excellence in Nigeria's oil and gas sector. We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive HSE Supervisor to champion our safety culture and ensure rigorous compliance across all field locations and operational sites.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise the seamless implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices across all field and operational activities.
- Conduct thorough HSE inspections, risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA/JHA), and vital safety observations.
- Monitor strict compliance with Permit-to-Work (PTW), LOTO, working-at-height, confined space, and lifting operations.
- Lead and participate in incident, near-miss, and accident investigations, driving root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Ensure emergency preparedness, conduct safety inductions, and manage environmental controls and waste management practices.
- Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and relevant regulatory bodies on all HSE matters.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant HSE experience within the oil and gas servicing, engineering, or construction industry.
- Hold recognized professional HSE certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent local standards.
- Deep understanding of Nigerian regulatory HSE requirements and upstream industry best practices.
