About the Role
Whassan Nigeria Limited (WENL), in partnership with Adasa Catering Services Ltd, has been a premier provider of catering and facilities management services since 1982. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented, process-driven HR Manager with deep knowledge of Nigerian labor law to join our dynamic industrial catering team in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end human resources operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Ensure full compliance with Nigerian labor laws, industrial standards, and company policies.
- Oversee performance management systems, staff appraisals, and professional development programs.
- Handle payroll administration, employee benefits coordination, and personnel record management.
- Resolve workplace grievances promptly and foster a positive, productive organizational culture.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and implement effective retention strategies.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional HR experience, preferably within the catering, hospitality, or facilities management industry.
- Mandatory certification by the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).
- Comprehensive knowledge and practical application of Nigerian labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and modern office productivity tools.
