Led by Principal Consultant Mazi Collins Ugochukwu Nwangwu, our firm delivers tailored, hands-on interventions that transform underperforming assets and scale high-growth hospitality brands. We are currently looking for a motivated and organized HR Assistant to join our growing team and contribute to our operational success.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and human resources databases.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition and orientation experience.
- Assist in administering employee benefits, payroll inputs, and leave management tracking.
- Help coordinate employee relations initiatives, performance management cycles, and staff engagement programs.
- Respond to routine internal human resources inquiries and provide administrative support to the management team.
- Minimum of a Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Relevant prior experience in an administrative or human resources support role within a structured corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of basic Nigerian labor laws and human resources best practices.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern human resources software tools.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
