About the Role
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is seeking a detail-oriented and hospitable Housing Clerk to join our team in Nigeria. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, managing reservations, check-ins, and daily administrative tasks with professionalism and compassion.
Key Responsibilities- Greet visitors warmly, manage incoming phone calls and emails, and maintain accurate daily communication logs.
- Process guest reservations, oversee smooth check-ins and check-outs, and ensure all applicable fees and keys are accounted for.
- Coordinate with visiting group leaders before and during their stay to ensure a seamless experience.
- Maintain electronic contact directories, update housekeeping schedules, and ensure administrative records remain confidential and organized.
- Monitor premises security, oversee cleaning and inspection activities in the supervisor's absence, and report any maintenance concerns.
- Must be an endowed member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
- Post-secondary qualification (HND, OND, or Bachelor's degree) in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field.
- Approximately 4 years of relevant administrative or hospitality experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to quickly learn reservation software.
