About the Role
Ren San & Co. is a boutique management and business support service firm specializing in providing strategic solutions to organizations and individuals across various industries. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, organization, and presentation across all luxury apartments, guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas, ensuring an unforgettable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, apartments, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas thoroughly according to luxury standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds, replace towels, and replenish toiletries and guest supplies.
- Prepare apartments efficiently before guest arrivals and manage post-departure turnovers.
- Wash, iron, fold, and organize laundry items and manage housekeeping inventories.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items immediately to the operations team.
- Maintain strict guest privacy, confidentiality, and professional conduct at all times.
- Minimum of an SSCE qualification.
- Previous housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality experience is a strong advantage.
- Good knowledge of professional cleaning procedures, chemical handling, and hygiene standards.
- Physically fit, hardworking, and capable of working in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
