About the Role
Blossom Dental Clinic and Braces Centre is a highly rated, modern dental practice operating two main locations in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. Known for its welcoming environment and excellent patient care, the clinic provides a comprehensive range of family, cosmetic, and orthodontic treatments. We are currently seeking a meticulous and reliable Housekeeping Officer to join our dedicated support team and help us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization across our facility.
Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough daily cleaning and sanitization of all dental treatment rooms, waiting areas, restrooms, and administrative offices.
- Ensure all clinical and non-clinical spaces adhere strictly to healthcare sanitation and infection control protocols.
- Manage the safe disposal of waste materials in accordance with medical facility guidelines.
- Restock restroom supplies, cleaning materials, and other necessary sanitation items regularly.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards promptly to the facility management.
- Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and submit timely requests for restocking.
- Minimum of a Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) with proven experience in professional cleaning or housekeeping, preferably within a healthcare or corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of basic health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team.
- Residing in or around Port Harcourt with the ability to commute reliably to the clinic locations.
