About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain our high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and elegance across all guest rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned public areas in strict accordance with hotel housekeeping standards.
- Make beds neatly, change bed linens regularly, replenish guest amenities, and promptly report room readiness to the front office.
- Handle professional cleaning equipment and chemical products safely, adhering strictly to health and hygiene procedures.
- Identify and report maintenance faults, damaged items, and unusual room conditions to the maintenance department.
- Adhere strictly to hotel lost-and-found procedures while respecting guest privacy and personal belongings at all times.
- Maintain adequate housekeeping supplies and coordinate daily tasks effectively with supervisors and the front office team.
- Minimum of an SSCE qualification with at least 1 year of professional housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience, preferably within a hotel environment.
- Solid working knowledge of modern cleaning methods, safe chemical handling, and meticulous room preparation techniques.
- High level of attention to detail, absolute honesty, strong teamwork abilities, and a courteous, customer-centric manner.
- Physical fitness and stamina required to carry out the physical duties of the role, combined with the flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
