About the Role
Progress Intellectual College is an established co-educational boarding school situated in Okeigbo town, Ondo State, and is fully furnished with excellent modern facilities. We are currently seeking passionate, dedicated, and experienced individuals to fill the roles of House Master and House Mistress to oversee student welfare, boarding life, and moral upbringing.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain discipline and order in accordance with school rules and the established disciplinary system.
- Provide appropriate and timely feedback to students regarding their behavior and personal development.
- Encourage and closely monitor the academic and social progress of individual students within the hostel.
- Offer proactive mentorship, emotional support, and guidance to boarding students.
- Strong foundation in Christian character and proven leadership training capabilities.
- Demonstrated exposure to tech skills and modern digital tools in teaching or student management.
- Strict adherence to high performance standards and accountability indexes.
- High level of emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills.
- Must be a good listener with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
