We are currently recruiting a dedicated and results-driven Hotel Supervisor to join our client's dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will oversee daily hotel and lounge operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, staff coordination, and an unforgettable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise day-to-day operations of the hotel and lounge to maintain high standards of hospitality and service excellence.
- Manage, train, and schedule front-of-house and lounge staff to optimize productivity and performance.
- Monitor inventory levels, handle stock control, and ensure timely reordering of supplies and beverages.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly, professionally, and effectively to guarantee guest satisfaction.
- Enforce strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all hospitality areas.
- Prepare regular operational reports, manage billing processes, and assist with revenue-generating initiatives.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in hotel supervision or hospitality management.
- Mandatory prior experience in Lounge Supervision or Lounge Management.
- Relevant academic qualifications in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for operational detail.
