About the Role
Dreampod Place is a vibrant, community-driven co-workspace and café dedicated to enhancing productivity for freelancers, remote workers, entrepreneurs, and creative professionals. Alongside our productive workspace, our bustling café serves delicious burgers, beverages, and shakes to both in-house members and the local community. We also host engaging community-building activities such as book clubs, breakfast clubs, and networking hangouts, while providing versatile spaces for small events and product demonstrations. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional Host to be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring every visitor enjoys an exceptional experience from the moment they step through our doors.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and engage warmly with everyone who walks into the co-workspace and café.
- Make each visitor feel valued and recognized, actively working to convert first-time guests into loyal returning customers.
- Greet and guide guests seamlessly, providing knowledgeable recommendations on café menu items and effectively upselling offerings.
- Track and report daily visitor metrics, including total engagements, new visitors, and returning customers.
- Collect actionable daily feedback from members and guests to continuously improve service delivery.
- Communicate and escalate operational issues or guest concerns promptly to the Food Operations Manager.
- Minimum of a Senior Secondary School Certificate or OND in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, front-desk management, or hosting roles.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- A friendly, energetic, and proactive demeanor with a passion for delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.
- Basic proficiency in reporting visitor metrics and handling feedback.
